Aggregation of Fresh Produce
We source fresh fruits and vegetables through formal agreements with local farmers across Zambia. Our supply network includes women-led cooperatives that support inclusive economic participation. We work closely with farmers to ensure consistent quality and dependable supply volumes. To meet wider market demand, we partner with selected farmers within the SADC region. These partnerships enable access to both local and exotic fruits and vegetables.
Processing and Value Addition
We operate a fully mechanised Packhouse designed for efficient fruit and vegetable processing. The facility handles multiple produce categories while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Dedicated production lines support specialised processing activities. Our main production lines focus on dried fruit and vegetable processing. We also process frozen fruits and vegetables for extended shelf life.
Packaging and Labeling
We provide structured packaging solutions tailored to different client and market requirements. Fruits and vegetables are packed in various quantities and formats. Packaging processes are designed to preserve freshness and product safety. We ensure proper sealing, labelling, and product presentation. All packaging activities comply with established quality standards.
